As a Christian I do include a 30 second prayer that can be listened to before RASCON 1. I pulled the prayer from Anderson's book, "Bondage Breaker."
The music I used is from Kundalini: Yoga, Meditation, Relaxation. I can be found on Spotify for free streaming.
Please read the book first or have a open understanding about RASCON before diving in.
This is NOT self-hypnosis. This is self-reprogramming. You will (and should be) completely conscious during the session. You should NOT fall asleep.

RASCON 1
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Before you begin your session, think of a time in your life where you were felt complete happiness and success. It can be anything. Examples include: winning an award, your child being born, your wedding day, or a precious moment that you treasure. During the recording, toward the end, You will be asked to think about that time for 2-3 minutes. Allow your mind to recall the sights, smells, sounds, touches and internal feelings.
- Give yourself 15 uninterrupted minutes to listen to the recording. (Turn off cell phones, TV, music and all distractions. Let your family know that this is your quiet time)
- Find a comfortable place to sit in a chair, couch or bed. (For the purposes of the recording, I will use, "chair.)
- The session needs to be done 17 times before you continue to the next step. THIS IS IMPORTANT! It allows your mind to accept the programming.
